Mike Acord

Mortgage Broker, NMLS #1326345

My name is Mike Acord, and I have been involved in real estate for over 30 years. Since 2015, I have been assisting home owners and buyers in securing loans. Buying a home can be a challenging and stressful process. This is something I completely understand, as I have personally purchased many properties with my Realtor wife over the past 30+ years. Despite the stress, it is undoubtedly one of the best decisions you will ever make. My role is to gather your data and then search for the best home loan option based on your income, credit, and down payment. As a broker, I am not obligated to push a specific loan program that may not be suitable for your unique circumstances. I have the freedom to find you the most advantageous deal available. When it comes to refinancing a loan, it is not solely about obtaining a lower interest rate. There are various factors to consider. In essence, refinancing revolves around predicting your future plans (such as the length of your stay) and determining the point at which your investment will start yielding returns—the break-even point.
